What sights or sounds remind you of your parent's house? Anyone else here associate love and family and friends with this odd gadget? Anyone else hear the clanking as it did it's job faithfully. While my own mother didn't use it my husband does, and he's passing that knowledge down to my kids. Those times are few and far between as we both work hard to keep things afloat.
