"Pre-breakfast" Because when you have to clock in at 5:30am you need seething to keep you going. Protien bars are my favorite go-to snacks when I'm on the run, or just don't have the time to make food yet. Vega and Luna bars are my two favorite! I have had lots of wonderful, strong women on my mind today. My own awesome mother, who I know has been the best model for me as I learn how to be a mom, myself. And there's also those special folks who are like a mother to me, some who are mothers (or like mamas) to other folks, some who have lost their mothers, some who have lost a child, some who are hoping and praying for one. Some who are the best pet moms in the universe. To all the amazing women and mothering spirits out there--there is a place for you today.
