Time for admitting something. . . My meditations are for me. 🙀I have shared so many of them on social media to help hold me accountable, so for all of you - I am grateful! You have helped inspire me on days where I've all but been totally asleep and jumped up saying, oh no! I haven't meditated yet today..in other words, I haven't posted on Instagram yet today!! 😂 I'm sleepy and this seems very funny to me. I just wanted us all to be on the same page, I meditate for me (and sometimes with my intention set for others)...and I believe that if you meditate, it should also be for your benefit, to find peace within so you can better share peace around you. ✌🏻 After a quick weekend in New York for the accessible yoga conference (I hope you all aren't sick of hearing me talk about it cause I ain't done yet) my japa mala for the night is, "make yoga accessible and meaningful." I guess you could say, it's really for ALL of us! Also, side note, I move a lot and wear my mala all the time @sageandroots ...can you make me a new tassel that is extra durable for my roudy lifestyle!?
