Akatsuki no Yona definitely needs a season 2.

there's arguably already enough material for one too. IIRC the arc the anime is currently on ends around chapter 40 with Zeno showing up a chapter or two later. the manga is already at chapter 100-something in Japan.

the magazine it runs in gets two issues per month so it runs a little slower than a weekly manga, but not as slow a monthly manga, so if they give it a couple seasons then do another season there may be enough to do the same again once that's done too.

so theoretically it is possible they could make more if the anime adaption does well enough, which it freaking well should because, damn, it is epic.
