🔥 Edward VI. I know he was a kid but there must be SOMETHING.
i think edward was a more independent monarch than he is often considered to be, i think the changing of the succession was his idea and no one talked him into it, i also think it is entirely likely if he had lived he would have instated country wide persecution of catholics like mary did with protestant as that seemed to be the direction he was heading in

You may have already read it but this article (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgHW02YF50s) has quite a few sort of examples dispersed throughout it. Not sure about materials and colours though.

I saw a good analysis about the parallels between Jon Snow and King Arthur, which was weirdly convincing even if it was unintended, so I've started wondering whether, if they DO do Jonerys, it will only be a brief thing where they're unaware of their relationship to each other like Arthur/Morgause, and then at least one of them regrets it later. But given I don't want anything like that to happen at all, maybe that's just wishful thinking for a worst case scenario.
I think it could be slightly interesting to make Jon and Dany a short thing, it would kinda be like subverting the trope. Make them get together and then not end up being the epic power couple people expect them to be. But honestly given how shallow the writing has become I think they’re just gonna make them this romantic power couple even after they learn they are aunt and nephew.
Less of a make me choose between two things and more of a general 'Choose between Shakespeare's many Kates'.
I don’t know how but I knew that’s what you were going to ask! Looks like my ESP is back lol.
It’s difficult, there are two Kates that I especially love, both from the Histories. I’m going to go with Kate Percy though. Yeah, Lady Percy. Not that I love Princess Kate any less, but yeah she’s the Kate I’d choose.

HAROLD GODWINSON MY ARSE; EDGAR AETHELING WAS THE ONE TRUE HEIR BY BLOOD, HAROLD AND WILLIAM WERE ROBBERS AND THE ENGLISH NOBILITY TRAITORS
Forgive... I am so sorry. I misspoke and I meant say Edgar Aetheling was the true King of England. Harold Godwinson name is just aesthetically more pleasing to the eye.
However, we should get on tracking down Edgar’s descendants and tell them should head over to Buckingham palace to take back from the so-called “Queen” what is rightfully theirs.
1, 3, and/or 12?
1. Favorite time period- Oh gosh this is why I said in my bio for the history conference last year that it changes every day... I’d have to say anywhere from Rome to into the Middle Ages, because those are the periods I keep finding myself in, but I also am big into broadcast history as a whole. Weird range I know.
3. Favorite female HF- Porcia Catonis and Joan of Arc.
12. Ever been to any cool historical sites? Yes I have! Most are here in the US, including Gettysburg and many other Civil War battlefields. In the UK I’ve been to Hadrian’s Wall but since I was five I remember nothing.
Thanks!
