How long have you been wearing/Interested in mori? Three years.

What do you like about Mori Kei? Mori Kei is so free and natural feeling, to me.  I can move around easily in an outfit and take walks in the countryside with ease.  I can be any body type or size or look to be able to wear the fashion.  Mori Kei is so adventuresome and yet peaceful and quiet, at times.  I feel it suits my personality very well.

Favorite brands or places to find Mori clothing: I love thrifting in second hand stores and friperies.  I mainly shop online on thrifting pages.  I find that the brand Gudrun Sjoden suits my tastes.

Short intro about you: I am inspired by being in nature and witnessing all it has to offer my senses.  I love joyous color and pattern, as well as texture.  I call my interpretation of Mori fashion “Folk Mori.”  I search online thrift stores for things that make my heart leap.  I surround myself with books and collect feathers, along with many other things, to decorate my nest, or home.  The main thing I want to do is to have fun with Mori clothing and lifestyle.

Name: Alec Age: 36 Location: New Orleans How long have you been wearing/interested in mori?: I've been interested for many many years, but only recently decided to attempt it. What you like about Mori Kei or Natural J-Fashions: I'm a transguy (not man or boy). I like soft things, nature, flowers, cottagecore, and the like, so it's natural for me to love Mori Kei. I have a lot of body issues, and the layers feel safe and good, and the faded colors are lovely. Favorite Brands or Places to Find Mori Clothing: I do a lot of thrifting. A lot. I've never much paid attention to specific brands. I much prefer to finding the pieces that speak to me individually. 3 Favorite Mori/Natural pictures:

One or more Pictures of You: This afternoon was the first time I decided to take a picture of myself in the most comfortable Mori clothes I could find in my closet.

Short intro about you: Like I said, I'm trans. I'm on the ASD spectrum, and a homebody. I keep the apartment clean for my spouse, and they bring in the money. It's a peaceful life. I only wish that we had a south-facing apartment so I could grow a lot of plants. Anything Else?: I tend to refer to myself as a soft flower prince. I have two cats and a very old dachshund. I have, in my life, managed somehow to kill mint three times, though I can keep most plants alive. Animal Crossing and House Flipper are consuming my life. I used to work at a plant nursery.
