Here I am showing you how to do Ouchi Gari from a 2 on 1 grip. It is very important that you keep hold of the opponents wrist and shoulder pressure on top of his shoulder. You must make him take a step close to you so you are not reaching to much for the Ouchi Gari.

2 on 1 Wrestling Russian takedown to straight ankle lock for sambo, bjj and mma

Here I demonstrate how to do a 2 on 1 from breaking the opponents grips. This takedown has to be done properly so you don't eat the opponents knee as you come in for the roll.

As you do the roll from the Russian Sambo 2 on 1 your hand closest to the wrist goes towards his ankle. This is a very effective move to try out in class.
