I Love It When God Brings It All Together!

So I want to tell you all about an amazing experience my ward's full time missionaries and I had this last past Friday. So we have a senior couple here in my ward Sister and Elder Johnson. I love the two of them so much and we have been doing some amazing work here in our Stake.

So on Friday morning I was getting ready to start my day and I got a prompting that I needed to have a Book Of Mormon in my bag, So I NEVER ignore a prompting so I put one in my bag and went off to do the things I needed to do around town. So the Johnson's and I got invited to go to a potluck that another local church was putting on. So we sat and ate dinner and then we heard that there was going to be a singer. She started to preform and then I got one of the strongest promptings I had ever received. Heavenly Father told me that before the night was over that that Book Of Mormon that I had in my bag needed to be placed in her hands. So I wrote my testimony about the BOM inside the front cover and after the performance I walked over to her and told her that Heavenly Father told me that I just had to talk to her. She nodded and then I told her about the BOM and she smiled as she started to cry. She promised me that she would read it. I left and felt so good about the situation.

Then on the car ride home Elder and Sister Johnson both told me that they had talked to her husband and that he said that the only problem that he had with Mormons was the Book of Mormon. Both of them bore powerful testimonies about it to him.

Heavenly Father had such an amazing hand in the events that transpired that evening. I just know with all my heart that we were meant to be there and his holy spirit was with us so tat we could touch her and her family. And I leave these things with you in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
