PIC(S) INFO: Mega spotlight on 1976 costume test reference photos for Nabrun Leids, a.k.a., "The Plutonian," later known as a Moorserian species smuggler, portrayed by actress Janice Burchette in the Cantina scene from "STAR WARS: Episode IV -- A New Hope" (1977).
The costume test reference photos were taken at Elstree Studios, UK, c. April/May 1976.
EXTRA INFO: The character was also known as Chall Bekan, but was later canonically recognized as solely Nabrun Leids. The mask was reportedly created by Rick Baker for a John Landis movie pitch in the early 1970s and was later repurposed for the "STAR WARS" film.
