Hey Y'all if you can't support please just reblog to help. It's reached the point I'm very scared we might lose our home and right now I'm doing everything I can to bring in more funds but I cannot take on more work, Right now I'm actively searching for a better job that pays better. mortgages are such a scam y'all. I went to loan company the realtor recommended and the following conversation took place:
Loan Company: "Wow! 800+ credit, that's amazing, you'll get a good interest rate."
Me: "OK, so what is the rate you're offering?"
Loan Company: "7.4%"
Me: "...."
We wanted to ask for help with something important for our boyfriend. Him and his family are struggling with house payments, and are at risk for foreclosure and being left homeless.

So, in Brazilian economy news, the government wants to legalize reverse mortgaging for elders (which would make elders with their own house settled be able to take loans giving the property as guarantee, but without having to leave the residence). According to the bill on it that has advanced in the Senate, after signing a contract, a senior owner of a property would receive a monthly amount from a bank until they die, then the property would pass to the bank after they die or move out.
