Primeiro, crie um novo documento no tamanho que quiser, eu recomendo 245x245. Escolha duas cores na qual quer fazer o degradê. Aqui eu sugiro algumas para você:

As cores terão que ficar dessa forma no seu photoshop.

Clique no botão G do seu teclado e selecione a Ferramenta Degradê/Gradient Tool [print].

Clique no canto esquerdo superior e arraste o mouse até o canto direito inferior, o seu degradê ficará dessa forma.

Crie uma nova camada clicando nesse botão da parte inferior da sua janela de camadas.

Após a criação dessa nova camada, com a Ferramenta Pincel/Brush Tool (atalho B) coloque na configuração abaixo:

Coloque a cor primária do seu photoshop em branco (#ffffff) e pinte o centro do seu documento (se ele for maior que 245x245, aumente o tamanho do pincel). Após pintar, diminua um pouco da opacidade. O seu documento ficará assim:

E por fim, dê Ctrl + E para mesclar as duas camadas e vá em Filter > Pixelate > Mosaic:

Coloque o tamanho do quadrado em 50 e dê ok. Esse será o seu resultado final:

ENGLISH VERSION

First, create a new document in the size you want, I recommend 245x245. Choose two colors in which you want to make the gradient. Here I suggest some for you:

The colors will have to stay that way in your photoshop.

Click the G button on your keyboard and select the Gradient Tool [print].

Click the upper left corner and drag the mouse to the lower right corner, or your gradient will look that way.

Create a new layer by clicking this button at the bottom of your layer window.

After creating this new layer, with the Brush Tool (shortcut B), place in the configuration below:

Put the primary color of your photoshop blank (#ffffff) and paint the center of your document (if it is larger than 245x245, increase the brush size). After painting, reduce some of the opacity. Your document will look like this:

And finally, give Ctrl + E to merge the two layers and go to Filter> Pixelate> Mosaic:

Set the square size to 50 and give it ok. This will be your final result:
