It's not space. But in the alpine zone noone can hear you scream either so I'll just write some sci-fi right here anyway. #FictionbyMehazael #mosquitoseverywhere #HärligaHärjedalen #amwriting
After reaching 107 degrees 🔥 it cooled down tonight to get in my upper body workout. Hubby & daughter helped spot me! Heading through the old river bed in search of dead standing poplar and sycamore trees. Also looking for spalted wood and there is tons of it, ready to be cut up and dried. I'm also marking trees that are hazards that have snags close to trails. #littlebeardesigncompany #woodworking #oneofakind #relaxingday #woodstherapy #swamp #swampsmell #mosquitoseverywhere #spaltedwood #poplar #sycamore #boxelder #paperbirch #ashtrees #easterweekend
"the beauty of mosquito" In frame : Tripteroides aranoides. Captured in Papua. Genus Tripteroides includes domestic and forest species. The larvae inhabit small collections of water in tree holes, bamboo, coconut shells and husks, fallen leaves, leaf axils, flower bracts, pitcher plants and snail shells. Larvae usually lie upside down on the bottom of the cavity. The adults appear to be active during the daytime. A few species attack and bite humans, but nothing is known about the feeding habits of most species. Among the Oriental species only Tr. aranoides is known to bite humans. Some species have become pests in northwestern Australia where they invade houses. No species of Tripteroides are known to be involved in the transmission of pathogenic agents. #entomologist #entomology #mosquito #microscopy #microscopyworld #medicalentomologist #ento #entomologi #lab #laboratory #labmania #anaklab #anaklabhitz #microscope #macrophotography #microscopephotography #olympus #mosquitos #mosquitoseverywhere #smallthings #biteyou #tropicalmedicine #mosquitotropic (at Public Health & Malaria Control)
