Switched locations at my job hoping to make more money as it’s mainly tip based.

Seems like a much more relaxed environment even though it’s busier.

The funny thing? I might make more money here even though the “company location rating” or whatever is lower. Because that really only affects their profits (stolen wages) and not actually paid wages. So they had me running around like a chicken with my head cut off to get more money off of my back while I was being paid minimum fucking wage.

Do less at work. Give like 75% effort max. Less if you’re not looking for a promotion.

Do only what you’re assigned to do and nothing more. Work only your scheduled hours and nothing more.

Thinking about picking up a second job, which makes me sad because I’m always the type to work the bare minimum hours to survive :’)

At least I’ll have more money to donate to the community and to have more potlucks/gardening!

Anybody else feel lame as fuck at their day job or is that just me

Got hired at a new place, asked to file an accommodation before the start date, got told my specific accommodation would make me unable to do the job. So that’s great!

Fortunately my current job has no idea I was looking elsewhere so I can go back to it like nothing happened.
