YAYYY IM GOING TO COMIC CON THIS WEEKEND!!!!! WITH MY SISTER!!!!!
🌅 How to Make Mornings Easier!
☀️ keep water in a water bottle/cup next to your bed! Having a sip of water as soon as you wake up can make you feel a bit more awake!
☀️ go and stand/sit in the sun if you can! even if it’s just for a minute or so, it’ll help you feel super awake and energised! even better, you could have a snack out there!
☀️ if there’s no sun, even just standing outside can make you feel a bit more awake (as long as it’s not storming, or too cold etc!! make sure to stay safe!)
☀️ turn an empty journal into something you write in every morning! if can be filled with whatever you find fun!
☀️ make yourself something yummy to eat of a morning! if you don’t feel up to something complicated, get yourself some fruit, or toast with your favourite spread on it, etc!
☀️ similarly, get yourself a drink you really love! like juice, or tea, or lemonade, etc! it’ll make your day so much better immediately
☀️ getting dressed will make you feel a bit more awake, you could get dressed into your cosiest outfit and be super comfy!
☀️ set all your stuffies up on your bed like they’re ready for the day too! then they’re all willing to be up and moving as well!
I've never made a post of my moss finds, but the park was just so lush on this day, I had to share. It's hard to get good pictures of them but there are several trees who's branches are almost completely covered in this vibrant green fur, it's just gorgeous.
I don't know much about mosses and I've never put myself to the task of identifying one, but I would like to get to know them better. Robin Kimmerer's Gathering Moss is on my book list atm, I really enjoyed Braiding Sweetgrass.
I'd love to hear some ID suggestions for these guys!
