I haven't been posting much, due to time spent studying for finals and at a leadership training I was at, but now I'm back home in Pennsylvania, and I'll have lots more time to post (and work harder in my workouts!).
- 1 frozen banana put through the food processor
- raw fermented sauerkraut
- tilapia and brussel sprouts, cooked in coconut oil
- coconut milk curry with veggies and shrimp over quinoa
- 2 (mostly raw) cookies made with mixed raw nuts, cacao, flax and hemp seed, protein powder, dates, vanilla, and water. x:
Before I was letting myself have occasional dairy in my diet, but it was making my tummy a bit upset, so the dairy is officially gone! (boo ): ) On the bright side, I got a bunch of tinctures prepared yesterday, which should be ready to be bottled in 8 weeks!
Also, I'm excited today, because I'm making scotch eggs for the first time ever today. (: For my workout, I think I just want to spent some low-key time outside, so I'll probably hike for an hour and a half, and then go on a bike ride later, before doing my evening yoga. It's so nice out!
