Breakfast with one of my best friends at the Moth Cafe here in Edmonton. Vegan chai pancakes with caramelized bananas and walnuts. While I’m not vegan, I love food, although I’m quite the picky eater. These were ... decent but only because I drenched them in syrup. AGAIN, not that these were terrible, my boyfriend (Dalton) who is a vegan/vegetarian, absolutely loved them. So it’s all about your taste! I also had a delicious homemade, all natural pinot grigio that was plant based and oh-my-goodness, best wine I’ve ever had, hands down.
Yes, I had wine for breakfast. Fight me on it.
