Mothra reminded me how much I really love painting as a means of fabric modification. While HTV and applique can have their place, there's something deeply enjoyable about the process of painting and dyeing fabric.

I love to make really pretty backsides to my costume, even if they rarely get seen. Mothra is a very good example of this.

Been talking a lot about texture and details this month, so can't forget about my staff. The PETG print was my largest prop to date I've modeled in Blender, and it was a challenge to keep all the organic properties of it, while making adhesion points for all the flowers and butterflies/moths.
