i haven’t been here in a while. but everything happens for a reason. a lot has happened. The Baltimore Police killed a black man, again. But this time it’s in Baldimore. Now that it’s past 2012 and we are in the age of consciousness, the world knows. Which leaves Baltimore famous, at the moment. Which is just.. weird. My city was never known for anything other than crabs and crab ass niggas. Right? right? (insider). I have grown so much mentally. It scares me. not in the “oh let me say it scares me too seem more dramatic” kinda way.. like nah. it scares me. foreal. Because i believe in everything happening for a reason, and because i believe that i am led, it often makes me question everything around me and why its happening.. or NOT happening. It’s a refreshing but sometimes complicated mindset to enact. Beautiful thing about this mindset though? It gives ME the thirst for more. 2015 makes me wish i paid a slight bit more attention in Mr’s Whatever-the-fuck’s science class. Even though those were mostly lies (to an extent, i probably could’ve learned a lil bit foreal foreal)

My pre-determined spouse graduated college this weekend. Very, VERY proud. Such a beautiful woman. Her soul is engulfed in love, gracing the pavement with the footprints of happiness. ha that was poetic as shit. poetry game yeamean lmaaaooo 

my pictures were on Billboard.com. ha. is it odd that it didn’t phase me much though? I mean i was happy but.. i just didn’t feel complete from that. I need more. Not in the photography world. Just the world period. My aim is so large. So large. that i guess it kinda made that seem a bit minuscule. Not to discredit a nigga getting on Billboard cuz not ANYONE can do that you know? but i guess it’s my aim.. Eric Thomas says “what makes a man average? it’s his focus”
