Been pre-ordering these baked goodies for two straight Saturdays from Butter Crumbs.š Tried the Nectarine pie too but forgot to take a photo of it. My favourites so far are the Fig and Pistachio tart and Cherry Pie. Love the buttery crumble of the cherry pie and the generous whole Tasmanian cherries. Aromatic mix of spices in the cherry filling. The nectarine pie (not pictured) is more zesty. Fig & Pistachio tart - fresh figs, smooth pistachio cream and buttery, crumbly tart - easily a winning dessert too. Love how it isnāt too sweet. Peach tart was good too (juicy peaches) but I prefer the fig and pistachio tart. Canāt wait to try the basque cheesecake next time!
