It was funny how much changed in merely two years. Two years before he came to New York, he couldn’t dream of getting out of Gothenburg but when the chance was presented to him, he grabbed it and did whatever it took to get out of that city, of Sweden, away from everything that resembled his old life. Two years ago, he was just an intern. Now he had a job at the IT department, paid enough to quite the one in the coffee shop, enough to have a small apartment in the city. Two years from now, he would have already taken a couple promotions and his life in Sweden, along with his name, was left in the past.

Perhaps that’s what Connor was trying to do, perhaps he was desperate to leave as well even though he didn’t seem to have a goal or to know where he wanted to be. But when he left, Tyrell never thought that he would see him again. Two years ago, he had been hurt and angry with Connor for leaving. Now...his lips parted briefly before pressing them together and breathing heavily through his nose. ❝Connor.❞ he gave him a nod, trying to portray something between indifference and politeness, but his eyes betrayed his anger, even though he hadn’t really thought of Connor for more than a year.  ❝You’re back at the city. Glad to see....you’re alive.❞

it’s not often he gets to enjoy normal, civilian life. considering the fact that his job was being a trained killer of men, a normal dinner like this was unnatural, especially considering his wife or his kids weren’t here. the paranoia and fear of something going wrong must’ve been whispered to someone up there, because before he knows it, one off-hand comment is made, and suddenly the entire table erupts into angered conversation. connor leaves, the table quiets down, and cynthia apologizes. siris ( it’s mason here and now, mason wu, you don’t have to use your codename. ) excuses himself, and finds himself going out the door. eventually, he finds connor at the nearby park. paternal instincts kick in, and he sits down next to connor.

                Words, god everyone tells you that they can hurt you. She has believed that since she was a teenager and her parents had kicked her out with a few simple words. It had hurt like hell that night, not because of no roof over her head, no food - but because of her parents words. The words of the doctor that fateful night she lost Connor’s father. She didn’t know what hurt, the words spoken or the feeling of never seeing him again.

                     She knows words hurt, but she’s learnt to push pass them as she grew older and gained a new family, both in the Hart’s and the her children and Larry. She thought that words no longer effected her but, now they’re starting too and she doesn’t know what to even say when she hears those words uttered out of his mouth.

                      Biting back tears, her hands raise to her mouth, what does she say now? “You don’t mean that,” She manages to get out.

                She had gone up to check up on him, what? She was a worrier and there was always a worry deep down in her about her boy. Calling out his name as she walked up the stairs, and with no response it made her fear deepen and her pace picked up as she moved closer to the bedroom of her destination. “Connor?” She questions and pushes the door open.

                   Locks on doors were removed long ago, Larry hadn’t wanted them within the house unless it was the front or backdoor. Walking into the room, her deepest fears unfolded in front of her. She could barely tell that he was breathing, and she ran right towards him. She can’t remember if she had let out scream or not, but she knows there are tears falling down her face as she goes to cradle her son in her arms. She holds him close to her, brushes some of his hair back.

                       “Connor, listen to me. I got you baby,” She whispers, pressing a soft kiss to the top of his head. She can’t believe him to be going, not this young. He is suppose out live her, grow old and maybe find someone to love him as much as she loves him. “Can you hear me? Don’t go, hold on please.”

                          She tries to plea to any god out there, that her baby boy will make it through this, but deep down - she knows it is all too late. She can no longer feel even his shallowest of breathes and she just holds him closer and tighter to herself, whispering i’m sorry’s and i love you’s into his hair

For each “⭐️” I get, I’ll write a headcanon about our muses

1 / Jeremy knows of Connor long before they meet– most everyone knows of Connor, though, and his reputation is far from fair. He’s pretty obviously nervous when they’re assigned as partners in class ( a project on Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing ), which mixes strangely with his genuine excitement when it comes to theater. It takes a bit for Jeremy to start to relax around Connor, trying at first to just focus on the assignment ( it really doesn’t help that the more time they spend together, the cuter Jeremy thinks he is ), but when he does he finds himself enjoying the other boy’s company. Slowly  but surely he tries to reach out more and more, knowing what it’s like to be an outcast and wanting Connor to know there’s at least one person on his side. 

2 / Jeremy will practice lines for upcoming productions when he and Connor are hanging out. He also has a tendency to steadily get closer as he does so, so what starts off as him sitting next to or across from and loudly articulating his words will turn to inching closer until they’re brushing up against each other, and then leaning into Connor, until he’s eventually nearly laying on him and just softly muttering the lines, focussing more on the boy next to him than the memorization. 

3 / After they started dating, Jeremy tried to make edibles for Connor. Although he has a skill for baking, trying to make the cannabutter proved too difficult and the brownies didn’t quite work out. He’ll still make snacks, though ( regular brownies, cookies, and other things ). and often times try to drag Connor into helping him. 

4 / Jeremy loves shotgunning, dear god he’s a menace please stop him, he absolutely and always suggests it anytime he and Connor get high together, he thinks it’s so hot.

1 / Jeremy and Veronica met while Jeremy was still under the influence of the squip. It certainly complicated things, especially as they ran into each other more often ( Westerburg and Middle Borough often running in the same circles, as far as parties go ). Jeremy assumed she would prefer is cool, confident, asshole squipped persona, and was actually pretty scared the first time he ran into her ( a 7/11 run ) after the events of the play. He’s never been more happy to be wrong. 

2 / He leaves his window unlocked in case Veronica ever needs to come over. Once the path is known, getting in and out of his room via the roof is a fairly easy feat ( something Jeremy uses on the few occasions he actually needs to sneak out ), and it doesn’t take long for Veronica to get the hang of it. He’ll never turn her away when she does show up unexpectedly, and always tries to make her favorite breakfast in the mornings. 

3 / When either of them are upset, Jeremy holds her close to his chest and wraps his arms tight around her smaller frame, pressing soft kisses into her hair and humming a low and gentle tune. It’s an action that puts them both at ease. 

4 / He will never, ever try to grow any sort of facial hair while dating Veronica. Never again.
