It's 7 am, I'm running on 4 hours of sleep in the past two days in total, two energy drinks and a snack diet. A couple of hours and I'll have to present the work to the jury.

It feels like I have given birth. Kinda want to throw up too 9-9

Upd.: I had 16 hours of sleep and intend to get more. I got 4, B in the letter grade system I suppose. But my baby was deemed a failure. I mourned it and now want to improve the thing. It's important for me, goddamn it. I want it fully feathered and brightly colored!

Okay, let me explain first - this is MWM, Movable Wings Model. My near future diploma piece as a jewelry student. A thing that I created from mechanics to the physical object I'm working on right now.

It's Barbie doll sized, I can comfortably hold it in my palm when it's closed (it gives me cuteness aggression)

If regular wing models can only go close-open and maybe up-down or forward-backward - MWM pretty much has a moving ability of a human hand. It means if you want to put it on Twilight doll it can keep the iconic alicorn pose. If you want to make scared owl - you can put MWM on sides and upside-down. You can hug another doll with MWM.

Also strings, hooks and feathers can be repaired without much skill if any of them break. Or can be replaced. Do you want purple Twilight feathers? Perhaps Grian parrot ones? Black for Crowley? Maybe even some realistic looking ones? You can do it. You can have them all. The feathers move too btw.

The downsides are that it's hard to fix MWM in a pose. Currently it wirks due to discs-wheels with holes in them and you need to put a piece of wire in to stop it from moving. I will work on it but it probably still be hard.

Second con is that overall construction probably will look a little wonky, I can't tell yet - work in progress. But so far it is.

This is in no way a mass production piece, and I know for sure that my teachers will eat me alive if I won't be able to proof that people even interested in my 'not like other girls' dumbassary.

So I need to ask. It supposed to cost around $60-80 to cover it's production.

Used intergalactic font aka enchanting table font for the name. It says "Purple The Valkyrie Queen". I don't know for what purposes uni will use my piece so better not to gain much suspicion upon the character mwm will be on. If I want to graduate. And I want to. It's been 6 years. It was supposed to be 4.

Now I need to add a simple opening mechanism to put some heavy stuff in there. It has to be standing, not falling. /5-6.06.26

I got a thought

My wings. They need something to stand on. A doll.

And said doll may end up displayed for many yuonger students for a long time. It sometimes happends to graduation pieces, even the bad ones. Sometimes I've heard it also goes to the different competitions and exhibitions.

A doll with my wings may become a legacy. A legacy of my, of our culture

no Lucifer (hazbin) because I have too little time and every wing has about 111 details....and luci has 6 wings

no Gabriel (mandela), my superviser won't allow too much horror

Also I may not be able to color them. I'm making the feathers out of the translucent plastic. From my experience, there's barely anything that can stick to it.

UPDATE

I think I'll go with Purple simply due to the nature that 3d printing works. It's way easier to go with one color than to color the figurine afterwords. Plus Purps has wings that are pretty close to what I have with the clear plastic, It will look good.

As for Lute I suppose I'll also try to do something, not sure what yet though
