New Year New You

Today is the day in which 

I plan on setting goals 

Goals that include 

Motivation 

Self-care 

Self-love 

And getting shit together 

Last year was a dread 

A nightmare in which 

School 

Assignments 

Work

And losing myself in the process

I don’t want to drag myself further into 

The dark void 

I need to take care myself 

Don’t want to repeat the 

Shenanigans from last year 

Don’t want to lose people for the shit I gave to them 

Don’t want to be the victim 

I want to move on from 

Whatever happen in the past 

I plan to focus on myself
