Favorite Characters

Can anyone and I mean anyone tell me that a character somewhere along the lines has not influenced you life in someway?

It doesn't even have to be something major, maybe you were carrying your favorite book around and that one kid at school who is really shy started to talk to you because of it, or maybe you had on that necklace from your favorite anime and you and the waitress at that restaurant talked about who the best character was. and what the best season was  

Maybe you started a blog for your favorite character and have made some awesome friends and met amazing people just because of them

Maybe you fell in love with that one character and started to write fanfiction and that's how you discovered that you love to write, or heck maybe you drew them and kept drawing and it made you take that art class or maybe made you realize that art is your thing to love

I don't care who you are I really don't, I can almost guarantee that at some point in your life your favorite character has had some influence on your life no matter how miniscule it would never have happened if you hadn't read that book, or watched that show/anime and found that one character who made it memorable and made you fall in love with it

So the next time someone tries to tell you you’re wasting your time and its stupid to love characters just remind them at some point they have been there and it affected them somehow
