So excited for them to open Downriver early 2019 Tirami Su Ristorante Italiano in Northville is set to open a second location Downriver. To be located in Riverview at 17780 Fort Street, the restaurant will occupy the building that formerly housed La Dolce Vita . We bought a Groupon for the long drive out to Northville to preview the food. Outstanding fancy truly will be a top Italian /Sicilian eating spot with great competition from other great Downriver 5 star eating spots. We started with Mozzarella E Pompodoro be Tomato Mozzarella Basil Olives n Olive Oil absolutely fantastic. She had Smothered Steak Saporita WOWED Sirloin Steak topped with Sauteed Onions, Mushrooms n Peppers then Melted Provolone Cheese. Me Chicken and Shrimp LaRosa be Chicken Breasts sauté with Garlic, Shrimps, Spinach and Tomatoes then tossed in White Wine Sauce then Smothered with Mozzarella Cheese OMG fabulous delicious dish. Large book filled with Wine's and Cocktails an large bar inside too. A Sicilian favorite of mine A Sicilian Garlic Sauce only found in SE Michigan Ammoglio Sauce very good seemed weak,,, More GARLIC needed.
