Anyone else completely pig out this weekend and therefore feels like you NEED to eat a salad today? ME! 🙋🏻‍♀️ This salad from @schnippers is one of my favorites and satisfies my #MozzarellaMonday craving! This is the ‘Fig & Blue’ salad - but I replaced the blue cheese with fresh mozz & added grilled chicken. Got to try it out!💎🔹🔹🔹🔹 Repost from @sara.haven - 15 minute #mozzarellamonday pasta plate taking care of all my carb cravings after a busy day 👋🏻😅 It was a beautiful spring-like day in DC (80 degrees forecasted for tomorrow 🙊), which called for a sunset run along the Potomac 🏃‍♀️🌅 And running nights almost always = noodle nights 😃🙌🏻. - I’ve been on such a roasted tomato kick lately 🍅🤗 They add delicious flavor to noodles, but they’re also great tossed into omelettes and egg scrambles 👉🏻 slice tomatoes in half, drizzle with avocado oil, and then roast at 400F for about 15 minutes. Toss into hot spaghetti and top with fresh mozzarella (it will melt atop the hot pasta), fresh basil 🌿 , a drizzle of olive oil, and fresh parm 👌🏻. - Very important question of the night: what’s your favorite noodle shape?
