i recently found these charms i drew for monsterpop almost 10 years ago... they're so cute 😭🧡

at the time when i was drawing monsterpop i was continually beaten down by self loathing and imposter syndrom, so being able to look back at it fondly all these years later is very healing

sometimes i look at my old art and go "wtf was i thinking" and then sometimes i find cute shit like this and man. this was such a cute charm design 🥹

i think bc i drew them so often for so long (comic ran for like 7 years), the monsterpop kids are still the easiest and most natural thing for me to draw, even now years after the comic ended

hey y’all, at some point in the next month the monsterpop site will be going down.

monsterpop will still be archived on tapas, tho the music cannot be embedded there. the monsterpop site may eventually return after some maintenance but i’m not certain.
