what if they frequently film things for their child to watch when they’re much older?!?! kinda like Good Luck Charlie omg just imagine Luke turns on the camera and goes “hi lily! it’s your papa luke and i just wanted to update you on how grumpy your dad is right now. i think you’re making his tummy hurt.” and ashton is giggling in the background and when luke points the camera to him, ashton just kinda rolls his eyes and goes “babe, please. im in the process of creating another human life, give me a break.” and they just go back and forth with the banter before saying bye bye to lily and that they love her very much :(
pregnant!ashton giving luke specific colors for the nursery and laying on the floor in the middle of it crying because the colors aren't exactly how he was imagining it and luke is freaking out because he upset Ashton but Ashton soon gets over it and cries yet again bc he feels bad for freaking out on luke.

tbh my favorite thing to imagine is mpreg ashton making a bet that the baby's gonna be a girl and michael joins in on that one but luke and calum are so sure it's gonna be a boy. so they have the baby and they say it's a boy and luke doesn't rub it in but tbh he's a little smug UNTIL fifteen years later when their now teenager comes out as trans and of course they're both the most supportive ever of their beautiful daughter but ashton's like "you owe me my fifteen dollars back"

pary, please can we drabble about lashton renting a little cottage on a big lake and ash is 6 months pregnant with their little boy and they go away for a few weeks while they can, before ash is too big to travel. And they make love so much, and they go swimming in the water because ash feels so comfortable there and luke can't stop looking at how beautiful his lover is with ash's long hair growing again, and his growing stomach, especially at night by the fireplace as ashton reads a book :')

a preg! ash watching lily in dance class and she dances to an instrumental of Bon Iver's I Can't Make You Love Me and ash is so!!!!!! proud, because Lily's such a beautiful dancer and he's so proud that she wants to be a performer like her daddies and he hopes their little baby boy will be happy when he comes like lily is :)
this is the cutest thing i always love AUs that include Lily as some type of performer!
also ash being super stressed about the baby coming soon and there's so much to do and plan for and luke sees how it's driving him insane so he takes him to the beach and even just seeing it calms ash down and the salty air is helping him breathe
