I too also want for gaku to get pregnant and miscarriage and feel the immense loss of it and maybe also experience post-partum psychosis as a result of it. I think he would be incredibly heartboken and impacted by it, especially if its a post 100 days scenario after the reveal about their backstories- like that's a reveal that hits gaku especially hard because of how much he cares about his family.

I think him getting pregnant would give him some hope and happiness after the pain of finding about that truth and he'd be really excited for the idea of having a family again. And then miscarrying after that would be hit him so hard it'd be like twisting the knife on an open wound. He'd take it so badly and probably blame himself and his rotten luck and it'd probably make him scared to try again. (tho i think he could still find fulfillment in adoption instead if he managed to mentally recover)

I don't see why he'd women would leave him alone forever tho, if anything I think nozomi in particular and maybe some of the girls would be very happy about his pregnancy and get invested in helping him out (like Kyoshika, since she's also always wanted a family.) Then I think in after miscarriage, nozomi would try to comfort him. And maybe there's something psychological going on her mind because it makes her think about the loss of her own mother. They could have the potential to form a weird trauma bond over this.
