I said in my rambling response to “Silbek mpreg with pregnant Silver” that I would have imagined it the other way around, with Sebek the one pregnant, and that poor Sebek would have an absolutely miserable time of it.
How miserable? Every awful pregnancy symptom/trope would beset poor Sebek.
Morning sickness? Check. He is really struggling; we know he eats a lot – like a lot – and the inability to keep anything down is making him suffer.
(Lilia offers to make him a soup guaranteed to combat nausea, but when he starts rattling off the ingredients, Sebek turns a little green and quickly excuses himself.
No one is even the least bit surprised that Lilia remains undeterred, and it is a tag team effort between Silver, Malleus, and various members of the Zigvolt family—including Baul—to keep Lilia away from the kitchen.)
Moodiness? Hell, yeah.
Silver tries to be supportive, but of course, Sebek hates it.
Well, actually, he does very much enjoy being pampered, a little, but this is something he is sure he can get through on his own and does not need the human who did this to him to help—Silver has already done more than enough!
Fortunately, Silver is used to Sebek’s sometimes volatile outbursts, but it does get to him. He confesses as much when, out of desperation, he reaches out to Riddle, who is a medical mage.
Riddle suggests a few things that should help settle Sebek’s stomach—but he cautions that these are things that are recommended for humans, so it is possible that they may not work quite the same for Sebek.
(When Silver broaches the subject to Sebek, Sebek insists that it is his fae blood that will make him recover from this minor inconvenience! And maybe he is teensy tiny bit desperate for something that will help, something that Lilia had no hand in. And fortunately, it works, and he’s so wiped out that he is the one who falls asleep on Silver.
Silver doesn’t know why Sebek has ever complained about Silver falling asleep on him in the past—he actually kind of likes the feeling of Sebek’s head on his shoulder, and his weight pressed against Silver’s side—especially when Sebek starts to show, and his shirt is snug around the tiny baby bump.)
Cravings? Yes, yes, and more yes.
This kicks in as soon as he is past the morning sickness stage (which lasts much longer than both Riddle and Sebek’s mother suggested it might. This is yet another thing that idiot Silver has done to him!... but … he is so happy to be over the morning sickness, he is happy to trade it. And snapping at Silver is his love language.
Sometimes it is hard for Silver to remember this, like when Sebek criticizes Silver for getting strawberry jam instead of orange marmalade to go with Sebek’s pickles. Silver ends up eating the damn jam with pickles himself, which has the unfortunate effect of making Sebek a little queasy. Silver is immediately apologetic, of course.
Also: Sebek starts craving coffee. Black coffee. He drinks decaf—since he’s been caffeine-free since this whole thing started—but he will sometimes wake up in the middle of the night craving it. This craving immediately ceases once he gives birth, and he’s terribly disappointed that he was only able to drink it with Malleus during the pregnancy.
Malleus may or may not suggest that perhaps next time, his fondness for coffee will stick around.
This may or may not have Sebek already contemplating going through this again, even though he swore it would be Silver’s turn next time, if there was ever going to be a next time.)
How early does he show?
Very, very early. Their offspring is obviously very large because of Sebek’s genes and not Silver’s!
[Insert completely innocent comment by Riddle regarding Silver’s size.]
Last month of pregnancy
To his surprise (and secret delight), the woodland animals that so often flocked to Silver stop avoiding Sebek and start approaching him. He complains to one of them for sitting right on the belly bump and deciding it is a good place for a nap—just who does this critter think he is, Silver?—but he is secretly pleased.
And emotional, because it makes him cry. (He insists to Silver that it’s just a bit of pollen in his eyes since those stupid birds are just as fond of flowers as they are of perching on Sebek’s shoulder.)
When it’s time, it’s in the middle of the night, because of course it is. Silver is fast asleep, and Sebek has to nearly push him out of bed to get him to wake up. Sebek is in full panic mode because he doesn’t know what to expect, and in the end, it’s actually Sebek’s father who calms him down.
The delivery goes surprisingly well, and Sebek insists it’s because all of their training has given him a remarkable pain tolerance.
Lilia immediately wants to babysit, and Malleus hurriedly insists that perhaps Sebek’s parents would like to be the first to have that honor.
Their child follows the traditional “eyes from one parent and hair from the other” trope – except instead of hair, it’s the ears. The baby—a little girl—has Silver’s eyes but pointy ears.
Sebek is very, very proud of this—the Zigvolt genes have obviously been in him all along, and he is happy and proud to have passed them down!
Now that it’s over, Sebek is very smug that he was the one who tolerated the pregnancy. And because this is their first child, he has beaten Silver at this pregnancy thing!
It’s about a week later, when things are slowly getting back to normal—or as normal as they can be now that they’re parents—that they receive a gift from Baul. It’s a board book, with finger holes for the little built-in puppets. The gift makes Sebek cry, of course, because his own love of reading is thanks to his grandfather.
While Sebek is still on paternity leave, they visit Baul. Silver plunks their daughter into Baul’s arms, despite Baul’s protests, just like Lilia had done to Malleus when Silver was just an infant.
Baul totally does not tear up even a little bit.
Lilia totally does tease him about it.
They debate who will be "papa" and who will be "dada" until their daughter makes the decision herself.
(She says "papa" before she says "dada" and she says it to Silver, which is just not fair considering that Sebek did all the work!
Until the first time their daughter calls Sebek "papa." And then, she calls Lilia "papa." And Baul.

An absolute emotional MESS, his mood swings are all over the place and Kira has to talk him down from a ledge constantly. Mainly anxiety, anger, sadness and euphoria, just an alternating dial of those four with an occasional (rare) moment of peace
Craves lots of Italian food of course, especially stuff with a ton of carbs like pizzas, pastas, etc (I don’t know much about Italian food tbh). kira has to start learning to cook new dishes he’s never made before to fullfil his cravings, but he enjoys the challenge :) And seeing Diavolo smile when he eats his cooking is always worth it
He feels really guilty and starts ruminating on an existential level about his pregnancy—the fact that he’s hurt and killed so many people, and now thinks that he has the right/capacity to have a baby and love it. He feels lots of regret and guilt. He had some of these kinds of thoughts during Kira’s pregnancy, but they were much easier to ignore at that time—mainly because he wasn’t the one carrying. But now that he’s the pregnant one, it’s like a constant reminder of all these thoughts and what he’s done to people, which makes it hard to cope with.
Diavolo doesn’t like crying, as he finds it embarrassing, so usually doppio comes out to cry for him—he’s much more open about his feelings and okay with being vulnerable, especially in front of Kira.
His anger issues get particularly intense, so he starts going back to the gym again to vent his rage—beats the absolute shit out of the punching bag. He doesn’t want to subject Trish or Kira to his outbursts, he refuses to hurt them like that. Still, he does occasionally snap and yells at them over small things, but he always apologizes.
Kira, having extra empathy of what he’s going through, is super super thoughtful and doting on him bc he knows how hard it is sometimes, especially for someone like Diavolo whose too shy and stubborn to communicate his needs
While he doesn’t mind dressing femme, he thinks most maternity wear is tacky and ugly, so he mostly just buys plus size men’s and women’s clothes (which are frustratingly difficult to obtain, living in Japan; he’s already bigger and taller than most Japanese brands accommodate for, so being pregnant is even more of a struggle). Sometimes he borrows some of Kiras shirts he wore when he was pregnant (he kept some of them to use as nightshirts lol)
Doppio likes coming out more than Dia, he likes having a baby bump and is very lovey dovey about the baby, meanwhile Diavolo is generally kind of miserable and grouchy when he fronts, and very insecure with his body

Silbek mpreg thoughts (with silver being the pregnant one)
I started thinking about this as soon as I saw the first three words...and then I saw the parentheses and that totally threw my thoughts up in the air (like "52 pickup" with playing cards).
While I do enjoy the occasional thought of what their children would look like / what kind of parents they might be, I haven't really considered mpreg with these two.
(But if I were to, it would totally be with pregnant Sebek, and he would be absolutely miserable the entire time but would also do his best to pretend he's not.)
BUT
Since you have assigned Silver to that role, I will do my best.
Disclaimer the first: Not going to get into the meat and potatoes of the How it happened. I'll let you decide if you see it as an alpha-omega situation or a "Silver has a bussy" or a trans Silver or even a "because magic" situation. Whatever you like to see in your head.
My interest here, and therefore my response, will focus on the pregnancy itself.
Disclaimer the second, which is actually more of a warning... I am going to ramble on and on and on, picking this apart for each trimester. I'm not even kidding.
Also - my verb tenses change all over the place, and I'm not going back to fix them because this is sort of my brain spitting out things I think of.
You've been warned.
First of all, the pregnancy is totally an accident.
(hmm. This may lend itself better to "because magic..." especially if it's some kind of Fantasia "out of control magic" situation. But you can still think of your own way that this "accident" happened if you want. You know Lilia gave Silver - or both of them - a good, long, embarrassing birds and the bees talk at some point.
I think it would be kind of hilarious if Baul stuck a condom in a book that he was already planning on giving to Sebek.)
Second, Silver doesn't know for a while.
He doesn't have the "every plot revolving around pregnancy ever must use morning sickness as the tell-all, be-all of symptoms because every pregnancy always means morning sickness" (it does not)
Because this is an accident, there's no other tired old "tell" where people jump all over someone for not drinking "well obviously, you're pregnant!" Even if that didn't irk me (can people just not drink if they don't feel like it?), I don't really see Silver or Sebek as the type to imbibe - that would dull their senses, and how would they protect Malleus? Most unbecoming of a royal guard (which they are at this point).
(Side note on that: if this is a case where either could become pregnant through magical means... Sebek would go first. He is more than capable of handling such a minor thing, and his fae blood will surely make this go smoothly!
Spoiler: it does not.
Anyway, as I said above, he'd be miserable. Absolutely has morning sickness. It's awful. And I imagine that if Silver says ok, next time, it's my turn; it's only fair...and he has zero morning sickness. One more thing where Silver has bested poor Sebek!)
First trimester:
Cramping? Silver's physically active, always, so he obviously pushed himself too hard.
Heartburn? Uncommon, but nothing new; he's eaten (and occasionally still forces himself to eat) Lilia's cooking.
Sleepiness? How is that any different than his usual? (Although a twist would be that if we go with the thought that Silver no longer has sleepy spells - or at least, doesn't have them to the same degree - then a return to that might be alarming, but would not be in any way indicative of a pregnancy. But Sebek miiiiiight start being a little bit concerned at the frequency as he's not seen Silver like this for a while.)
Weight gain? Well, obviously he would see this as a lack in his training, and he would train even harder. And of course, Sebek would, too.
Second trimester:
He's finding that he's getting hungry more often. Obviously, because he is burning off more food since he's been training harder. And Sebek - well, he's training harder, too, but he's always been a bottomless pit, so it's not like he's a barometer for Silver to measure his increased appetite against.
I will give Silver the trope of having cravings, because the idea of him actually craving Lilia's cooking of all things is adorable.
(He assumes it is because while he is happy living with Sebek, there's something nostalgic about the times that Lilia foisted his creative endeavors onto Silver, Sebek, and Malleus - awful, every time, but there was something to be said for the shared misery)
Worse yet, mushroom risotto doesn't quite appeal to him the way it used to. The taste that he has loved for so long - something is missing. He assumes it is because the ingredients are perhaps subpar, or because he'd had Lilia's food the day before (let me tell you, Lilia would be sooo over the moon cooking for his son. Does he know that Silver is pregnant? I would love to say that he does because [insert fae lore], but more than that, I love the idea that he is chalking all of this up to Silver and Sebek getting used to their new roles and their new relationship and that a lot has changed. Plus... Sebek deserves a win somewhere, and I'd like him to know or to figure it out first. More on that later)
His libido goes into overdrive, but he assumes it's because he and Sebek have been training so hard, and he's seen so much more of Sebek, shirtless and sweaty and fit, that of course he'd want to be intimate with him! And Sebek has really taken the time to learn what Silver likes and how he reacts (you know he would), so why wouldn't Silver enjoy and want more of it?
And then, one day, Sebek pulls off one of his rare wins against Silver - and he wants to crow about it, but Silver is pressing his hand to his lower back, wincing in pain.
Sebek is both annoyed that this is probably why Silver lost (Sebek wants it to be an earned victory) - but is also worried because of all the injuries Silver (and Sebek) have gained while training, it's odd that it's just Silver's back and not an all over ache from using so many muscles in his body.
Silver of course wants to just walk it off, but Sebek overrides him and carries him home. Is Silver heavier than he's been, or is it just because Sebek's arms are tired from how hard he fought?
He runs a bath for Silver and offers to wash his hair and scrub his back. Once Silver is clean and his muscles aren't feeling as tight, Sebek takes a quick shower and lies down next to Silver. Silver's on his back, and a loud rumble is heard - but it's not Sebek this time. It's Silver's stomach making all that noise!
Sebek offers to get him something to eat, but Silver isn't listening. He's pressing his hand to his abdomen, a puzzled look on his face. Is this not just a growling stomach, then?
Silver's brows furrow in concentration, and he grabs Sebek's hand and places it right where Silver's hand had just been.
And then Sebek feels it. It feels like something is crawling under Silver's skin, and he panics.
Has a something laid eggs in Silver? Were there spiders crawling under his skin? He and Silver look at each other, totally at a loss as to what this could be.
And then, it stops...and Silver is so tired, he can barely keep his eyes open.
Sebek uses this time to search through the medical reference books they have - it never hurts to be prepared for all manner of injury and ailments, and to know what is beyond a simple first aid kit!
And what he finds... can't be possible.
Can it?
Silver wakes suddenly, his face twisted in pain. It's not whatever is moving around under his skin - it's one of his calves. It's cramping terribly, the pain so severe, it woke Silver. Sebek helps Silver out of bed and walks with him around the room until Silver's calf muscle is stretched and the pain subsides.
And that's when Sebek blurts out that he thinks that Silver is pregnant.
Silver presses his hand to his abdomen again, and this time, he seems more curious than concerned. He motions for Sebek to feel, and this time, with context, Sebek feels a thrum of excitement.
Silver looks a little dazed.
"Are you okay?" Sebek asks.
"Yes," Silver said. "At least now I know why Father's cooking has been so appealing lately."
Just the thought of it makes Sebek's stomach churn.
They don't yet know how far along Silver is, but Sebek is determined to talk to his mother to get the name of her doctor - someone who is familiar with pregnancies involving children with both human and fae heritage!
Third trimester
It's during this trimester, when Silver suddenly starts showing, like a lot! To Silver, this is truly a different kind of magic, that he could go from having a nearly flat stomach to one so large, in such a short time.
Silver never makes it to term. The doctor doesn't dare say this, but he finds Silver much easier to deal with than Sebek's mother - especially during her first pregnancy.
(One, because she is so much larger than Silver, and two, because she nearly broke his fingers when her contractions started. Thankfully, her husband had raced back in with a large cup of ice water and a straw. A practical man, that one. It was almost remarkable how calm and collected he was, in comparison to his son who was wringing his hands and looking like he was going to cry at any moment.
And then, Silver tells Sebek that, since their child is such an early bird, that it already takes after Sebek.
The doctor keeps to himself the fact that Sebek's mother had actually gone long past her due date with Sebek - but then, it had been incredibly difficult to predict, with any accuracy, the actual gestation period for a fae mother having a live birth since some fae started off as eggs.
He didn't know what he would have done if eggs had been involved.)
Thankfully, Silver has a remarkably high pain tolerance, but he's very, very tired after their child has been delivered [insert your fave "how does mpreg baby get out?" explanation here].
btw, they have a daughter because I just think Sebek would be the cutest, proudest girl dad
But if you prefer, twins, why not. That allows for the "one twin has eye color of one parent/hair color of the other parent, and vice versa for the other twin" trope.
Their daughter has blue eyes, by the way, just like a lot of human babies do.
Silver is, of course, so so tired, and he's really struggling to keep his eyes open, in a way that feels both familiar and foreign.
Sebek is cradling their daughter. His expression can't settle on proud, relieved, or terrified, but when he looks at Silver, everything he feels for Silver - for their family - is in his eyes.
Sebek's face is the last thing Silver sees before he falls asleep. And it's a good thing he's getting some sleep now, because the in-laws will be descending on them by morning.
(So will Malleus - and when he offers to hold the baby and sing her a lullaby - and that's when Sebek really starts crying in earnest.)

Listen, I didn't mean to go on and on about this, but this is the same process I use for most of my fics. I have an idea, the words come out with snippets of present tense narration but are mostly "this happens and this happens and oh wait let me go back and stick something in between those."
No bullet points, not exactly (although I did sort of list Silver's first trimester symptoms that way) - I use those a lot too. And sections.

I’m so so so so SO very sorry it took me this long to answer but here:
For one, I think he’d notice he’s a little moodier and more aggressive than usual, probably snaps at his coworkers without meaning to and thinks “shit what’s wrong with me? I’m usually more in control of my reactions…I guess I’m just sick or vitamin deficient”
His back aches a little bit but he doesn’t think much of it
He REALLY starts to think something’s off, however, when he eats a St. Gentlemen’s sandwich and gets violently ill afterwards—-they’re his favorite! Dude doesn’t really eat much else, so he’s really upset that he’s grown averse to one of his only safe foods, not to mention it fucks with his routine too—now he’ll have to find something else to eat for every lunch.
OOOH imagine if the smell of his “girlfriends” suddenly becomes overwhelmingly strong…not the decay, but the chemically formaldehyde smell. As where he used to not mind at all, now he doesn’t bring them out of the fridge as much because the smell alone is enough to spoil his appetite and, at worst, make him throw up
One day, when he’s in the shower, he notices his belly is a little…rounder than it used to be, though not by much. He’s a little worried by this, and decides to start working out four times a week instead of two, do stomach crunches, and to cut back on sugar intake, because surely it’s just weight gain…right?
I imagine Killer Queen would somehow know before he does—it’s got this “sixth sense” almost, a sort of eerie intuition about its user; it can tell he’s contracted an illness before Kira himself even feels sick. It doesn’t know exactly that he’s pregnant, per se, but it smells something….fishy about him. His stand smells a sudden, weird shift in his hormones come about (I like to think Killer Queen has lots of cat-like traits as well as the bomb stuff—-heightened smell and hearing, aversion to loud noise, licking its paws and grooming etc).
Killer Queen starts manifesting more of its own accord and “investigating” kira—giving him the “sniff down,” like when your dog knows you’ve been out petting other animals, and it rubs its face up against his stomach sometimes, because it can feel a sort of unusual energy radiating from that zone. Kira finds it a little strange but doesn’t mind—his stand has been affectionate and physical before, so he assumes it’s just typical behavior
Eventually, after the first trimester, Killer Queen starts feeling the baby within itself, too, in a weird way—like a sort of presence in its body. Sometimes Kira will find Queen just holding its stomach gently, rubbing it back and forth, it’s head tilted curiously and it’s eyes attentive. He’s…a little weirded out by this behavior, and doesn’t really know what to make of it.
Unfortunately, he can’t really directly “communicate” with his stand (and he usually has no real need to, in the first place—it’s an extension of himself, so their thoughts and feelings are pretty in touch with eachother/similar, Killer Queen occasionally comes up with ideas kira wouldn’t have with just his brain power alone) so he’s left sort of guessing what it’s strange behavior could mean
Him in his silly little suit, but with a cute lil belly! He doesn’t understand how this happened since he’s a ghost, and he doesn’t know much about how similar a ghost pregnancy is to a human one, but he’s being cautious just in case—he stops taking dangerous missions. He spends most days roaming the city, observing the people and sights. If people’s souls offer him permission, he’ll enter their house to rest for a while (pregnancy makes him very tired), take a nap on their couch, maybe raid their pantry for whatever sweets and snacks he’s craving—ghosts don’t need to eat to survive, but he’s been having a huge appetite anyway and he wants the baby to be well nourished.
He even takes up cooking as a hobby, since he’s been craving so many strange and specific combinations that he has to cook them up himself. He manages to secure a place to stay and will spend hours in the kitchen making all kinds of weird and esoteric dishes—far more food than one person usually eats—but he eats it all himself! And doesn’t even get sick from eating so much food—ghosts are just built different.
He eats sandwiches on park benches, just like he did in life—enjoying the sunset while he eats, rubbing his belly gently, smiling softly when he feels the baby stir and wiggle about under his touch. He’s a bit unsure about how well of a father he’ll be but he’s excited to experience something new, to have a fresh start in his after life.
Diavolo being too shy to sing a lullaby to Trish (while she’s in the womb or out) so Francesca takes over for a little while and calms the baby down with the softest voice she can muster. Kira is REALLY holding back tears beacuse regardless on who’s fronting, their voice is lovely.
