Mr Schnee: You haven't been paying attention to a word I've said, have you? What have you even been writing down?

Weiss: Wait father!

Mr Schnee: Ice Flower? Checkmate? Freezerburn? Bumbleby? Ladybug? What is this nonsense? I've taken time out of my very busy schedule to teach you about taking over the company one day and you're doodling fighting techniques? Stop living in your fantasy that you'll be part of that unimportant team again Weiss, it's over, you're back home now and this is where you'll stay!

*He throws Weiss's notebook on the ground and storms out the room leaving Weiss to pick up her work.*

Weiss:....They're important to me.

For some reason, I have a feeling Penny’s father/creator could be Weiss’s father. Or at least someone from the Schnee company. Their relationship with Ironwood seems to be fine with the collaborations and everything.

Weiss’s Father hired Cinder Fall as part of his plan to secure his dominance over the world without getting his hands dirty and eliminating the White Fang in the process. The only one who suspects that Weiss’s father is up to no good is Ironwood, who sent in a spy (A.K.A The Desk Lady) to try and find evidence of this.

I’m interested in Weiss and her father’s relationship. Seems like Weiss is trying so hard to avoid contact with him. What’s going on? Father Issue? Does it have something to do with the White Trailer, like maybe her own father asked her to fight the giant robot solider to test her ability? Weiss’s father may have been very strict and demanding to her.
