1. I went to a pre-k to 12th grade school that had ~200 students total (I graduated from a class of 4, including myself)

2. One of the earliest moments I knew I wasn’t entirely straight was when a girl kissed me on the cheek after I let her borrow my phone (11th grade I think?)

3. I’m currently a nursing student expected to graduate this May (I am SO TIRED of school though)

4. I get motion sick from 3d/first-person games (which is why my favorite games are like, pokemon and kirby)

5. I am always down for kissing like seriously if I am remotely friends with you I will you give you hello, goodbye, and everything in between kisses if you want them (I am SERIOUS)

Ship Meme: Chrono/His crippling depression

Prompt: The aftermath on Eden immediately following Aion ripping off Chrono's horns.

The time stamps are supposed to be for MY STORIES @mr-junes . Not for the SERIES CANON. I mean, I’ll do it, because it’s an interesting prompt, but still.

He’s holding the horns. In his hands.

Chrono’s horns.

There’s blood, he’s bleeding.

(Not all of the blood is his.)

Mary is gone.

Chrono is gone.

His head is full of noise. He can’t think.

He’s bleeding.

He holes up, curled around his wounds, the bloody horns.

(Everything has gone wrong. Everything.)

Shader comes looking for him, finds him, she sees the blood, sees the horns. Her face goes white. She speaks, but understanding is hard.

She wants to know what happened. She wants to know where Chrono is.

He can’t answer, he doesn’t know. He holds the horns out to her mutely, and after a moment, she takes them.

She calls for Viede, and they take you to the infirmary. They speak, but their voices seem very far away. He feels very far away.

(His head is still full of noise.)

“Mary is overshadowed by Pandaemonium,” he says. “Chrono fled with her. We have to find her. Them.”

Basically none of the catagories in the shipping meme you posted apply to Aion/Chrono so obviously you have to do it for them

I think you greatly underestimate my shippiness/love of bizarrely domestic fics…

Assuming this takes place in Asherah-verse, Sinner’s Eden-verse or a post canon fic where Aion and Chrono are somehow together despite the difficulties involved…

Who is the most affectionate?

Chrono is the most visibly affectionate. (Which is a slight reversal. In the manga we saw that Aion was the most visibly affectionate in the past, though his affection was mostly expressed as teasing.) AU Aion is more reserved.

Big spoon/Little spoon?

Chrono glomps. He’s not stuck in a pre-teen body anymore, he’s not short, he’s gonna glomp the hell out of his asshole twin boyfriend.

Most common argument?

not serious: Chrono’s continuing utter fail with computers. Imagine Shader in the background laughing.

semi-serious: Chrono is Christian (specifically Roman Catholic). Aion is an Atheist. Imagine Shader threatening them with a “this is our get along shirt.”

serious: Annual argument: the flowers on Rosette’s grave (in a post canon au) Shader takes Chrono’s side.

deadly: anything to do with Rosette or Mary. Or Pandaemonium/Lilith Shader threatens them with a baseball bat and/or a garden hose.

sparring, surprisingly enough.

Who is most likely to carry the other?

I have a mental image of bebe!Chrono carrying bebe!Aion around piggyback style.

They don’t nickname, I don’t think? And most of their sobriquets are kind of horrible/mean spirited.

Who worries the most?

Chrono. Chrono has always been the worrier.

Who tops?

If we’re talking who takes control, it’s usually Aion. He really, really doesn’t like to be out of control and it takes a lot to get Aion to where he feels safe enough to let Chrono take charge.

Who initiates kisses?

Chrono. Which is to say, takes advantage of his sensitivity to feelings/thoughts/moods and kisses Aion before Aion can articulate/make the first move.

Who wakes up first?

Aion. If he actually goes to bed in the first place. (He has insomnia and thinks he’s successfully hiding his ptsd symptoms. spoiler: No he isn’t.)

Who says I love you first?

Aion. He thinks Chrono is asleep.

@mr-junes There are likely to be longish gaps between chapters because of other projects in other fandoms. Specifically Homestuck. But I full intend to continue this fic!

Aion is extremely unaware of his trauma or his general state of being actually mentally ill! The only person who is most likely aware of this (and isn’t in a coma) is Shader, and she is also mentally ill for more or less the same reason ALL the Sinners were mentally ill. Also, it seems to be indicated in canon that demons are able to project uneasiness/fear/dread, so that would probably be something Aion would immediately suspect, rather than go “this is because something horrible happened to me years ago and the nice comfortable mental insulation is beginning to wear away because it’s no longer an effective coping mechanism.”
