Meet William Hopper Xiao(aka. Mr. Ace), a silent St. Canard High student that hides a dark family secret. As Mr. Ace, he is able to throw and manipulate sharp cards to his opponents. Also, he is able to control “marionettes” through a strange power, embodied by his father’s shadow. Speaking of his father, he fought the original Darkwing Duck once, and was sealed in a gem(which is unfortunaley, located on the center of William’s bow tie), after he lost a fight against the shadowy crimefighter.
-Clever and intelligent(also his personality alone)
-Able to throw his cards at a precise angle
-Can successfully control an army of “marionettes”, without any faults.
-If his powers go too far, he will get a painful headache and throw up.
-If the smoke bomb-powered dice is rolled to a lower number, it would emit a small and clear smoke. This would eventually leave Mr. Ace vulnerable to attacks.
-Manipulating powers are stronger than his normal self.
-Can control an entire army of “marionettes”
-The gem on his bow tie cracks, indicating that his father’s soul is now free(yet, it’s still attached to Mr. Ace)
-In the center of the bow tie lies a gem that contains the sealed soul of his father. To keep in contact with William, it glows to indicate that his father is about to speak to him(just like a two-way radio).
-As Mr. Ace, he carries a small waist-bag that contains an extra pack of playing cards. Of course, they connect to his powers.
-Has smoke bomb-powered dice; The higher the number, the foggier and larger the smoke is.
-At high speeds, the cards can dangerously slice through flesh.
-We can all say that he is in fact, Lena, in the Darkwing Duck universe.
-Has gone through physical and verbal abuse from his father. His father was once the Big Boss of the Hopper family, a notorious mafia group in St. Canard
-His parents divorced when he was a tadpole
-Very anti-social(even Gosalyn Mallard tried to make friends with him, but he refused to accept the offer)
-Part of the St. Canard High tennis team
-Inspired from @payingthedebt
-Adopted by the Xiao family at a young age(supposed to be a family of Chinese Fire-Bellied Newts)
-Is intended to be one of St. Canard’s crisis-leveled criminals and Quiverwing Quack’s most feared foes
-Based on research, Chinese symbols state that the frog represents wealth(and that’s why he’s a frog).
-A good card player(but not for gambling purposes, as to which he opposes it)
-Half American, half chinese(in adoption terms)
-Speaks in a Boston accent
