Does Quarantine Field cmc work like hangarback walkers in that the minimum you can cast the card for is 4 and then 6 then 8 because each x has to represent the same number so like two 1's two 2's or so on and so forth am I right or amI not gettingit?

Correct.

I mean, you can also cast it for X=0 if you really want to, but it doesn’t do much in that case.

If someone cast Disdainful Stroke on a Thunderbreak Regent do they take the 3 because DS is targeting Regent?

No.

Thunderbreak Regent’s ability only functions when it’s on the battlefield, not when it’s on the stack.

If a 2/2 with double strike swings at a 4/4 do they both die?

Yes as long as the 4/4 doesn’t also have first or double strike.

In the first combat damage step the 2/2 will deal 2 damage to the 4/4, then in the second combat damage step it will deal 2 more damage to the 4/4 and the 4/4 will deal 4 damage to the 2/2. Both creatures now have lethal damage marked on them and will be destroyed.

If my opponent spends 6 mana to cast hangarback walker as a 6/6 and then wants to spend the mana to use vampiric rites on it in the same turn to get the thopters but I cast force away as soon as his walker enters the field would he still get them?

As soon as Hangarback Walker resolves, your opponent receives priority again since its their turn. They can then immediately sacrifice Hangarback Walker to Vampiric Rites before you have an opportunity to cast Force Away.

THE card March From The Tomb it is a sorcery that says bring back allys with a total cmc of 8 back to the battlefield from your graveyard does that mean the number of allys I bring back all there mana together has to equal 8?

8 or less, yes.

For example, you could bring back two Bloodbond Vampires (4+4) or Drana and two Kalastria Healers and a Cliffside Lookout (3+2+2+1).

Hey can you explain plainswalkers to me I'm not really getting it? can you use multiple abilities on the card and can cards target plainswalkers when they swing for combat dmg

Can commander 2015 cards be used in standard?

No.

New cards in supplemental sets like Commander aren’t legal in standard or modern. Reprinted cards have the legality of their most recent printing in a normal set.

If a card is enchanted with an aura or other enchantment and is bounced back into the controllers hand do the enchantments stay? Or do they return to the hand as well or the graveyard?

The auras will stay on the battlefield until state-based actions are checked, at which point they’ll go to their owners’ graveyards.
