Let’s talk about coffee. I love a “Long Black” coffee. In Australia when we roast our coffee beans, we leave them moist, we do not totally dry roast them like in the USA. This gives a beautiful thick ‘crema’ (oil) on top. For a Long Black, we put the hot water first and the shot on top unlike the Americano, which to me tastes dry and burnt!
