KNDTober day 30: Forgotten - throws the headcanon that Monty forgot about Ben with decommissioning to your face

Based on stupid kid me thinking that Nigel was a light skin mixed kid.

Decided to make Mrs. Uno Haitian-Kenyan(Her mother(Haitian) has polish ancestry hence the blue eyes). Nigel has silver gray eyes due to Monty’s side of the family but other than that,he still looks like his mama.

Random Wigglestein/Uno Family Headcanons Numbuh 3

(The headcanons I put in bold belong to @nonmiele because I simply couldn't leave them in the notes section :3) Numbuh 1 Numbuh 2 —Mrs Uno is named Emma in my headcanons, after the Emma novel, of which both her parents were quite big fans. Monty jokes this makes him and his wife Em & M (you know, after the chocolate). —After Nigel went to the GKND, Monty and Emma weren't decommissioned; instead, they were allowed to join the AND (Adults Next Door), an organisation that wasn't around when they were still operatives. They keep vigilant for evil, so their son has a safe home to come back to. —Monty loves his brother but he doesn’t like how he treats the dcfdtl. Raising his voice, verbal threats, unsupportive in general…reminds him too much of their own childhood ( ofc Benedict avoids doing that when there are other people around but Monty has caught him yelling at the delightful children in multiple occasions and deduced it’s a recurring thing. Ben won’t hear him out on parenting advice and Monty feels lost and doesn’t know what to do).

—Despite being programmed to look down at “weak” unthreatening adults the delightful children like their uncle, and their aunt too. Benedict is immature about it ( trauma from Grandfather’s favoritism) and accuses his children of liking Monty more than him over small stuff like sitting next to him to the couch or sounding “too happy” when they talk to him. —Nigel’s mom is kind of a female role model for Alessandra and Connie since I don’t think Benedict ever took a moment to stop and consider that, as a man, he might not fully understand the unique experiences and needs of his daughters. It never occurred to him to think, ‘Hey, maybe there are emotional, physical, and social aspects of growing up as a girl that I don’t fully grasp. I should take the time to educate myself, ask questions, read, or even talk to women who could help me support them better.” #dadoftheyear —Emma is the breadwinner of the family. Monty was a stay-at-home dad until Nigel was older. Nigel doesn't quite know what type of job his mum has. All he knows is that it brings in good money, has long hours, and requires his mum to be away for some time. —While he is embarrassed by them, Nigel counts himself lucky he has parents who love each other dearly and love him as well. Being with the KND for so long, he's seen the effects of an unhappy home and/or divorced parents have on a kid. —Nigel once let it slip to Father about the Negative World and his Negative counterpart, Daddy. Father now keeps trying to break into the Negative World because if it's found out his reputation will be ruined!! Let him in he just wants to talk to his Negative counterpart! —Nigel's maternal family (the Uno family) are quite large. He practically has relatives dotted around the whole of UK, and some in different countries. —It's canon his sunglasses are prescription, which means he shares his shitty eyesight with Father and Grandfather —Nigel's paternal grandmother (Monty and Benedict's mother) is named Simone 'Mona' Wigglestein. Before she was married, she was Simone Gaillard. She moved from France to England to live with her mother, and she and Waltor were in an arranged marriage. She named Benedict after Benedick from Much Ado About Nothing (one of her favourite plays), and was the closest thing he and Monty had to a decent parent. When she ran away, she hid in England as it would be the last place Waltor would think to look for her, and changed her name to Beatrice Quincy. Over the years, she became one of the few adults the English KND could trust, and her house was considered a safe place. Simone/Beatrice often thought about her sons. She felt guilty about abandoning them, but thought that Waltor/Grandfather wouldn't lay a hand on them since they were his children. Wouldn't hurt them. She was very much mistaken, and wouldn't know about it until Nigel ended-up at her house on a mission in England, and both would find out they are grandmother/grandson.
