Little Mac's terminal illness

'Doc?' Little Mac said, 'Thank you for this.'

Doctor Louis nodded, 'No need to thank me. Making your dream come true makes me happy.'

Little Mac turned towards Mr Sandman, Glass Joe, Disco Kid, Von Kaiser and every other boxer and thanked them for organizing the event for him.

Little Mac always wanted to be in a tournament despite having a terminal illness. He was only 17, but they allowed him to spar with the other boxers. For one day, Mac got his dream of being a boxer.

This was based on the idea from TVTropes that Little Mac had a terminal illness and the other boxers let him join the tournament.

Mike Tyson's Punch Out for NES, Super Punch Out for SNES and Punch Out for Wii. I love the entire series so much (especially the Wii version). I finished the SNES version last weekend and it was a really hard game. I spent lots of hours just to win some matches (like Super Macho Man, Nick & Rick Bruiser). Look at how many times I lost 😂 But in the end it was really good and fun game, I had a great time! "I climbed," Poison scoffs, hauling themself the rest of the way up onto the floor. It creaks uncertainly and they scramble away from the edge, gritting their teeth. The fall isn't long enough to hurt, but the chipped tiles, broken wood, and wires certainly would.

As they pause to catch their breath, they eye Sandman- not suspiciously, but more like they're curious. They pause for a moment, and then they ask, "Are you that Sandman guy? From the radio? I'm Poison."
