Day 2252 - Bummed that I broke my sunglasses, but on the plus side it gives me the feeling of pride to fix and continue using them.
Day 2115 - My hairbrush started coming apart recently, but fortunately it’s a pretty easy repair job so I don’t need to buy a new one.
I started a home improvement business called Ms Fix-It that is taking on a life of its own.
These bruises are from:
a. being a handywoman
b. being an iron-deficient vegan
c. a life well-lived
d. all of the above
Thank you to the women who have been hiring me to build stuff and repair and beautify your homes. I'm exhausted, happy, and feeling strong.
Day 2365 - My rubber boots for work developed a small crack and are no longer waterproof, so we’re hoping this shoe goo we found will save the day and extend their life!
Awesome
There’s nothing quite like fixing something that seems irreparably broken. (My old computer decided it didn’t want to even TRY to boot up after I added new RAM to it. It turns out it just wanted me to reset the cmos like 20 times.)
