I was just looking through EOE again and wow! So many robots! There’s a lot of cute and cool ones. Any favorites?

With Edge of Eternities we got 30 new "robot" typal bots that are "in-universe" (as much as the Edge can be). This brings our total to 39, counting the Guidelight Voyagers in DFT. I've got a couple new favorites:

Aesthetically, big fan of the Shieldmate

And then also uh. The uh. Well. Why's the Silencer posing like that? 🥵

From a lore perspective, Kilo and Dyadrine are both so sweet and I love them. Kilo helps other Mechan find self actualization, and Dyadrine is a plant/machine hybrid that wws abandoned on a moon (giving me big Opportunity Rover feels)! Bonus points to Dyadrine for being the set's only construct, I appreciate them for that.

Hello! What do you think about amonkhet's artifact creatures? Pretty much all of them are animated statues

Anonkhet in paper sets has 4 artifact creatures and, yeah, none of them are robots (I assume that's why you're asking me about them, that's kinda my whole thing?)

Amonkhet doesn't really have modern artifice like other planes do, so it makes sense that these are all just animated statues. It's not my personal favorite flavor of artifact creatures, but it is very fitting for Amonkhet as a plane! :)
