Brokenness is often seen as a negative thing. It doesn't have to be. When we humble ourselves, lay down our pride and allow ourselves to be broken, we can see how God creates a beautiful mosaic from the fragments of our lives. He has a plan to piece our lives together to create a beautiful story. It is initiated by Jesus humbling himself to be beautifully broken on the cross and it is completed in our lives when we accept our own brokenness for His glroy. As the #mthermon2017 posts begin to signal the end of camp, my prayer is that this is the beginning of these students going home to shine light into their world with a beautiful #brokenhope. It's a struggle to try to hold yourself together and take on all of your burdens on your own, but God can take the fragments of our lives and piece together a beautiful mosaic of his story of love. Keep worshipping all you beautiful tiles!!!! (at Mount Hermon)
