Leaked UN Communique Shows Destabilization Efforts By the Kagame Regime Against Tanzania Are Sanctioned By the West
Tanzania stands as the only East African nation whose government is not in the clutches of neoliberal vultures like Tony Blair - by virtue of it being able thus far, to stem off any manipulation from the Kagame-Museveni power axis. Being the only stable democracy in the region, Tanzania has in many ways emerged as a powerful and consistent obstacle in Kagame and Museveni’s West-backed expansionist ambitions. Firstly, Tanzania led the intervention brigade that crushed Kigali’s mercenary organization - the M23, in the Congo. Secondly, Tanzania is also the only country whose government is brave enough to publicly state the obvious: that the FDLR is a group of Hutu refugees who are freedom fighters and they have the right to be included in Rwanda’s political process. Thirdly, it was Tanzania’s special forces who flew president Nkurunziza back into Burundi and helped loyalist Burundian forces defeat the Kigali-orchestrated coup against Nkurunziza. The ongoing destabilization of Burundi and its planned invasion by the Kagame regime would have been complete had it not been for Tanzania.
All these events have placed Tanzania as the main target of Kagame’s ire. From inciting violence and unrest, to political assassinations, to social media slander and information warfare against Tanzania, Kigali has been working overtime to dismantle Tanzania. Tanzanian intelligence is already aware that the Kagame regime has been funding former prime minister - now CHADEMA’s candidate and longtime Kagame ally, Edward Lowassa, also infamously known as Lorushwa (swahili play-on-word that translates to Lo-bribery) for his title as one of East Africa’s most corrupt. Yet Tanzanian authorities are not reacting to avoid the West seizing the opportunity to scream political persecution against Lowassa while unleashing a negative media campaign against the government of Tanzania. It is a delicate balancing act for Tanzanian authorities who have been restraining themselves almost helpless - as the plan to turn the elections into civil unrest similar to Burundi’s unfolds in front of them. This plan, though executed by the Kagame regime and its Trojan Horse Lowassa, has the full backing of the West. Recall that Lowassa’s corruption scandal involved him awarding contracts to American corporations - so he has been an avatar for Kagame’s interests ergo Western corporate interests for decades. This now in motion plan, can only work when during the elections, Western media starts accusing Tanzania’s CCM government of all manners of repression and Western powers start making stipulations and demands. Lowassa like Kagame is their man and they intend on giving him power whatever the cost. The UN communique below shows a violent outcome during elections is something the West expects from a country as stable and as democratic as Tanzania.
The following is a portion of the communique recently sent out to a few UN officials in Tanzania who will officially be in Tanzania during the elections as observers. It reveals anticipation of expected turmoil:
The main points taken from the meeting are listed below;
1) All new UN employees must be deployed to Tanzania by 22nd October. After this date no new staff will be allowed to fly into areas outside of Dar es salaam. Moreover, will be expected to remain in Dar until 31st) day after results announced.
2) Five hot spots for potential violence in Tanzania are: Dar, Zanzibar, Mbeya, Mwanza and Arusha. Dar will have poor access routes and roads likely to be closed. UN advice NON essential work in offices for the 2 days after polls close. Stone town and surrounding outer areas are also hot spots and likely no through roads or access to amenities.
3) There is an unprecedented amount of “youth” involved in this election. This poses a risk, as UN cant predict how they will behave if they are celebrating or commiserating
4) Non essential travel within areas on 25th, 26th, 27th and friday 30th (results day).
5) Most acute violence “likely” to occur during evening of 25th when polls close and people are too late to vote, or their name is not on the registration list. Also 2 days after polls close likely to be pockets of unrest and day of results announcement.
6) Military presence on streets “likely” (they are already very present in Zanzibar on mass).
7) Electricity cut off and lack of fuel expected.
8) Communications black out “likely’. Likely zantel and other networks will be down, no calls or SMS able to reach people. This is quite worrying
9) Port closed 25th and possible 26th. Airport will be open providing there is no unrest and will provide emergency evac for UN staff ONLY.
10) UN security advise to pack an emergency bag of documents and essential items in case looting occurs and threats within the home. They recommended that we have a second home to go to in case our own areas feel unsafe with military presence and rioting. Also suggest stock piling on food, water, batteries, torches etc.
11) Urge all international staff to register with their embassy
12) UN recommend a “communications tree” within the organisation to monitor staff security and locations.
It would seem the necessary outlets and organs are being prepped and the undoing of Tanzania is already written and signed. Like the ongoing destabilization of Burundi where African lives are completely disregarded for the sake of parasitic American geopolitics, the dismantling of the great nation of Tanzania is sanctioned by the West, and it is happening.
