After staring at Mt Wilson from my window for nearly ten years, I finally hiked to it yesterday. I was delighted to find coast range newts along the way and surprised by how shady and cool the trail is in the middle of July. And the blackberries! I stuffed myself!!! I dream of hikes where I can forage on blackberries for miles.
