After the post game event, they did not choose to help the Hisui region because of redemption, they do not feel sorry, what occured is not a mistake to Giratina. To a certain extent, did they truly wished to aid with Volo's desire, given it was a mutual desire to begin with, regarding Arceus. A desire to meet God but not for the same reasons. One sought to remake the world, sought for Arceus powers, meanwhile Giratina was in for revenge. They knew better but still went along, creating the rift in the first place.That said, they chose to help Hisui, out of choice, not as an redeeming act.
