The Mean Queen

I’ve heard it argued that Regina calling Snow and Charming “the two idiots” waay back in 2.10 was more a term of endearment than name-calling...

Now, she calls Emma Swan an idiot LITERALLY immediately after the woman saves her life (and furthermore, the lives of every single person in Storybrooke) at the expense of attaching herself to the primordial darkness of several realms--a solution which, while not optimal, will certainly turn out to be the only feasible one according to the laws of magic in this ‘verse--thus also saving Regina from becoming evil incarnate; Regina further states in the presence of Emma’s parents, her son, and her lover that Emma has now become a “problem”--and we know exactly how this woman has dealt with problems in the far and also not so distant past--she further insults the man who just lost his love with a glib nickname and denigrates his intelligence... If her first instinct is to mock, insult, castigate, and belittle the people she supposedly loves, then yes... Swan Queen is sooo going to happen!... Any day now... Just you watch!
