Mind Results

My mind has me thinking today, thinking on what I can do that's positive. 

I could show others a smile in stead of a frown. 

I can do just one thing extra on my to do list in order to feel accomplished. 

I could turn off and or set aside time away from all things that distract me so that my mind may have a moment to breath. 

I could read another chapter, work on an art or music project, I could be an ear for another who may just need to get things off their chest. 

I can do my best to stay positive in the face of so much that's negative at the moment; hopefully being an inspiration to other's to do the same. 

I can be me, I can daydream for just a moment thus setting my mind free.
