More appreciation of their weapons

I was gonna shut up about this but obv I'm me so here I am

Rumi's old weapon is designed off of the traditional dancheong patterns. the new and improved incorporates the Honmoon (soul gate) and sound waves.

The subtle shimmering colors of the blade are inspired by the spirit-sealing charms used by Mudang (shamans)

You can see the afterimage of dancheong in Rumi's attacks

First generation hunter weapons because I can't stop myself

They're even wearing norigae on their hips

The before and after of Rumi's swords - the after contains an inlay of spirits and such. The Sah-in-guhm is also a real shaman sword for exorcising demons

after having seen Korean shamanism a couple times in films and tv shows I should look up if there's any good documentaries about what the day to day life of shamans looks like. How do they prepare for their job? What do they do in their free time? How is religion practiced at home vs professionally?
