So, my brother's debut album is finally out! Called Going South, by the artist String Factory, it's twelve tracks of self-recorded grown up Britpop. Sardonic lyrics and strong hooks are in abundance.

In addition to going up on streaming, we also had the CD copies arrive today. The packaging looks great, and they'll be perfect to sell at tonight's launch gig at The Queen's Head in Easton (Bristol, UK). Music starts at 19:30, and will be livestreamed from the artist's YouTube channel. Support is provided by Teorstan, Fletcher, James, and The Proxy Youth.

Lastly in awesome album news – a year ago I commissioned an album review from the Goin Off podcast, with Mues and Rap Critic. We're longtime fans of the show, and they were patient with him while he finished recording, to get the review out this week. You can hear what they had to say on the record here.
