How else has thieves become intelligent? The term "thick as thieves" will have to be changed. What once use to be uneducated, unemployable, unintelligent people that will confront you face to face.

Oh how the tables have turned. An email scam, or some con trick, that easily got someone caught up in their crafty sly intentions.
Where did they learn these skills from? Can manipulate a web page to act genuine. Make anyone believe they are getting what it says in the description.
