New Friend

Sherwood Compact Mugo Pine. It takes 10 years to reach 18 inches, and will only ever be 4 feet tall. In other words, it’s the perfect little tree for someone living in an apartment.

I made a box for it---apparently, plywood sanded to expose its layers and stained looks, actually really cool. Pleasantly surprised.
