He’s always been this way: The first milk dash is from 2019, shortly after his rescue; the second is from just a few weeks ago. As you’ll see, not much has changed! During a routine aerial patrol, the leader of our SWT/KWS Tiva Anti-Poaching Team spotted the footprints of a lone elephant calf along the Tiva River. All because of this incredible sighting from the air, Mukkoka was saved.
