The #ghostlikecloud appeared above the popular #MukubaMall and was estimated to be more than 100 meters long. The Daily Mail reports that the #gianthumanoid shape looked like a dementor from a “Harry Potter“ movie. “We were shocked to see images that looked like a human in the clouds for close to 30 minutes.
